Shipping and Delivery Policy

Where we deliver

Gurugram and Delhi NCR. Enter your pincode at checkout and we will tell you immediately whether you are in range. We are adding areas steadily.

When we deliver

Food is cooked in the morning and delivered the same day. Subscription customers receive a delivery every day of their plan.

What it costs

Delivery is free across our service area. There is no minimum order value.

When you receive it

Refrigerate straight away. Use within three days, or freeze for up to four weeks and thaw overnight in the fridge. Serve at room temperature.

If you are not home

We will call you. Because this is fresh food, we cannot leave it outside in the heat, so we will arrange a redelivery with you.
