Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number and delivery address, plus the profile details you give us about your dog (breed, age, weight, activity, allergies). We collect this so we can size meals correctly and deliver them.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or netbanking credentials. We keep only the payment reference and status so we can reconcile your order.

How we use it

To calculate portions, cook and deliver your order, send you order updates, and, if you opted in, occasional feeding tips and offers. You can opt out of marketing at any time from your profile page.

Who we share it with

Only the people who need it to get food to your door: our kitchen team and our delivery partner. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

Write to us and we will export or delete your account data. Order records are retained where we are required to keep them for tax purposes.
