We calculate your resting energy requirement from body weight (70 x weight in kg to the power 0.75), then adjust it for life stage, activity level, neutering and whether you want to lose, gain or hold weight. Go slowly over seven days. Start at roughly 25 percent fresh food for two days, then 50 percent, then 75 percent, then fully fresh. Add the Probiotic Gut Sprinkle during the switch if your dog has a sensitive stomach.
