Refund and Cancellation Policy

Before we cook

Because every batch is cooked fresh to order, you can cancel for a full refund any time before your batch goes into the kitchen. In practice that means up to 8pm the evening before delivery.

After we cook

Once food has been cooked we cannot resell it, so we cannot refund that batch. If something is wrong with it, tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund it.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time. We refund the unused deliveries on a pro-rata basis; the plan discount is recalculated against the deliveries you actually received.

If your dog will not eat it

It happens, especially with fussy eaters. Tell us within your first week and we will refund your first order in full. We would rather have your honest feedback than your money.

How refunds reach you

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
